hello everyone! I am finally back from Paradise! I had a great little surf just before I got on the plane to come back to England. I went to Mt Irvine to see what it was like. It was very small (nigh unrideable) at first, and I was talking to one of the locals, and told him I was going out anyway on my shortboard, then he lent me his mini mal instead, and had some really nice, clean little waist high waves! Some sets were breaking bigger as well! I really enjoyed myself, and it really helped me to not think about missing my family too much. Oh and of course I was thinking about all of you while I was there! hehehe

hmmm i sense " sleeve ownership #2 is just around the corner ... this time next season i hope to have part ownership in a whole T-shirt bro !!

how do you find these strange competitions? (too much time on your hands, obviously) I think that the surfing waves community should enter these things and we'd have enough clothes for anyone who turns up at a sw meet and forgets theirs. I think i need to go to sleep now.

... cracking idea .. how about if someone hunts out competitions ( anything not just surfy ) on a weekly basis .. and we group submit answers and then share out any winnings ?! .. obviously we could all do this individually but this way some of us losers who dont win sheeet all ever ( ) can win summat as part of a group

or maybe we just need an official Competition hunter to notify us all of any worthy comps on the net ..then its up to you wther you wanna bother !

cheezee - I think I like your idea of the timmo t shirt portfolio, but I have to wear it first... I don't like the idea of wearing a t shirt that 20 other people have worn (and probably not washed)

In fact, even if I don't win, I may donate one of my t shirts to this cause just for the hell of it... I have too many t shirts anyway (and not enough shorts)
