To those of you that know me and more importantly my legendary barbques, i would just like to set the record straight again. About a month ago i was down at putsborough with phil and he was less than impressed with my ability to summon smoke (personally i blame the fact that he wanted photographic evidence and that my barbque got all camera shy and failed to deliver) and we think this was why cheezee was unable to find us that weekend!
Well things are back to normal again as our neightbours in the campsite got to find out! :D

I KNOW WHAT IT IS!!!!

It's that synthetic engine oil I gave you as a 'tip' for doing such a brilliant job on my board :D

Kitey.............I've got to say I have many years of BBQ experience and I would say..........before you put anything on the BBQ it should be all glowing red embers.

Just a little hint!

But on those little disposable BBQs, the 'glowing red ember' phase lasts about 15 seconds!

Then suddenly it goes stone cold!

Im thinking big steel drum FULL of charcoal next time :D

Yeah, that's the only way an oil drum cut in half length ways..........remember to clean out the diesel!!

I've used those disposables once.............good for satay, not much else though :?

How long did you have to wait before the food was no longer radioactive and safe to eat on that top one?
