Hot chocolate fudge cake with cream AND whipped cream.
Strawberry shortcake with fresh cream and fresh juicy strawberries.
Birthday cake with victria sponge, raspberry jam and buttercream icing.
Greek honey and cheese cakes served in a little greek restaurant in a tiny fishing village at the end of a meal for free because the old grandmother of the family likes your blue eyes.
Mmmmmmm.

Aye. Its Metformin. Its actually a Diabetic drug, but im a guinea pig. Its not licenced for what im using it for yet, im on a three month trial. And although it makes you constantly hungry, a common side effect is that it also makes you ''dispose'' of everything about half an hour after eating it. Does something that stops your body absorbing carbohydrates and the like.
**edit to add** as for the other slightly less medicinal one... My mate showed me what she's got for my birthday do in a couple of weeks. Lets just say my birthday is gonna be rolling over well into the next day
