I think 811 o's in 'no' is just about the right number to express disbelief and horror that one as twisted as Mr.Penguin (as he now insists on being addressed) could be called upon to 'moderate' (as he euphemistically refers to his devious brand of perverse corruption) the peaceful, gentle, loving community that is surfing waves :shock:
