hey everyone..im new nd i didnt wanna change the topic of another thread so i made a new one. does everyone in here actually surf or r most of you's just interested in it?

Pretty much everyone here surfs or is just getting into it.

Welcome to the boards - there's a thread here called 'Beginner or hero in the lineup' which lets everyone rank their surfing - good for finding out how everyone is!!

cheers....i love surfing ive been wanting to do it for like 5 yrs. and i only just started and im glad i have.. it gives me something to look forward to each saturday and because of it my weeks seem shorter! i cant whait to get out there and improve more and more each lesson.

mate theres stacks of people in here but not many aussies! i thaught the place would b mad full of aussies but i thaut wrong.

SurfPatrol who set up this site is livin on Oz now unless i'm not very up to date. Lots of your neigbours about and peeps from NZ.

I am an Aussie... but there are other boards around the place that are primarily Australian...
