Interesting encounter with a gym

Some guy was promoting their gym and was giving free consultation. Initially I was really skeptic about it being free and how accurate the results are.

They hooked me up to some machine and the results were surprisingly accurate.

Despite being close 40, my body was around 31 years old. My dominant arm muscle was 20% bigger then the other. This is the arm that I use to carry my surfboards. Apparently this isn't good and cause posture issues so I'll need to balance them out a bit.

As I was being quarantined for 3 weeks. All I ate was junk food. Apparently the machine picked that up. The fat gathered around my stomach area and my metabolism is incredible low.

My upper body was much more developed compared to my legs. They said I really need to workout the legs as it's way below average.

I feel like I have the typical surfer body. Good upper body muscles and skinny legs lol.

I was initially skeptical when a guy promoting his gym offered me a free consultation. They hooked me up to a machine, and the results were surprisingly accurate. Despite being nearly 40, my body age was around 31. My dominant arm muscle was 20% bigger than the other, likely from carrying surfboards, which could cause posture issues. The machine also detected the impact of my 3-week quarantine junk food diet, showing fat accumulation around my stomach and a very low metabolism. My upper body was well-developed, but my legs were underdeveloped and below average. I guess I have the typical surfer body: strong upper body muscles and skinny legs!
