Surfing Waves

Hi guys,

I started having a rash on my belly(probably from paddling and popping out) and inner hips from(sitting and laying on the board).

I am surfing with Hurley 18" phantom boardshorts and Oneill standard rashguard(no loop).

My soft board is textured, so this might be it, but I would like to know if this happened to anyone and what did you do to solve it.
