Merry Christmas everybody!

Today turned out magically. Mrs. Morini and Roxy Ridgeback, both sick for two days woke on Christmas day feeling close to right. Santa Claus visited during the night and left presents for unsuspecting, young niece (from Germany). In early morning, Mrs. Morini placed and decorated a small tree and located all the Christmas music compact discs and long playing record albums. billie made his almost famous banana pancakes, as well as chocolate chip pancakes. He used the new stove top griddle Mrs. Morini purchased. The pièce de résistance was strawberry & orange jam made by Omar (grandmother)!

In afternoon, the Morini family, including Roxy Ridgeback took a walk on a local beach during low tide. There are many people and dogs there! Everyone was happy because we all came to enjoy a lovely beach on a beautiful Christmas day! All the regular hounds were there: young niece met truly the most lovely Golden Retriever ever, the engaging 80% wolf dog, the 3 year old harlequin Great Dane that is all puppy, and many more characters. Roxy took it all in stride and was quite happy to be with her pack on this glorious day.

It was so lovely. We didn't return to our SUV until after dark.
