43C in Sydney today! 43C!
But with strong winds later in the day, the preparations for the potential bushfires is like the battening down you see before a hurricane, even in the city.

7.30am and the thermometer is reading 26C already. No surf today, but I think I'll be just sitting in the ocean cooling off later

There have been reports on the news about all the fires in NSW & Tas, hope no-one has been affected. 43C will do absolutely nothing to help the situation.

It may only be 8 degrees C in the UK today, but its sunny, 5ft and clean on my local, Monday Morning and I'm off work today woop woop

what more can you ask for

absolutely nothing! 2 days off; perfect weather and waves both days. I cannot believe how lucky I was

(Read as light-hearted but disgruntled) Yeah big guy, so I live in South Wales Uk and though the temperature of the air this time of year is freezing and the ocean water temperature is like seven Celsius, I piss in my wetsuit to keep myself at thirty seven degrees - and I have no sharks to worry about eating . . . me so there !

Don't worry about Northern NSWand Queensland they've used flood to put out the bushfires
