Making Your Own Screen Printing Setup?

Does anyone know anything about screen printing? If so, I have a few questions maybe someone could answer.

Can you make your own setup to use at home? If so, does anyone know how? And if not how, then maybe a good source of information on the subject. Thanks for any answers.
