Pain in the inner side of the elbow after surfing.

Postby Dymytry » Wed Apr 25, 2012 8:45 pm

Greetings!

These days ecountered some strange issue with my health. I felt a pain in the inner side of my hand, opposite to elbow, I can say an inner side of elbow. This looks like a pain not in muscles and not in bones, probably the cords.
I am a beginner, but I dont have issues with my physical conditions, at home I attend swimming pool 3 times a week and from my point of view I am in a good shape. So I dont think this is because of a sudden physical pressure.

Whatever! Has anyone experienced something like this? Have some suggestions?

Hi Dymytry how goes it on the Russian front? other than the elbow!
Seriously though some questions might help me give an answer to you.
Do you play golf or tennis? Is there any swelling? Where if there is?
There are a number of problems that occur in the elbow as it is a complex joint with a great range of movements.
Joint pain is not necessarily about fitness, you can get pain from overuse in certain directions. Or you can get pain from minor misalignments of the bones in the joint, you can get pain from swelling in the sac that holds fluid between the bones in the joint,
Internet diagnosis is not an ideal way to give you help but if you answer the question I might be able to suggest where and how you can seek help! Especially not knowing how the Russian health system works.
I do konw tRussian has led the way with quite a lot of sports medicine so something may help there!

One more thing sometimes a pain can just be a transient event, after minor irritation.
Persistent pain, always needs a proper review!
