Surfing Waves

Hi guys have an Ocean Pacific fish from way back when that is totally nackered. The boards has been used while broken and the foam is waited. I don't know much about repairs past doing my own on my surfboards but is there a way to revive the foam inside this boards? If I could get this board back up to scratch it would be a serious retro classic.
