HELP : Hoarsed Voice

I have a hoarsed voice due to Ki Hahping - ( Forcing Ki by pressure when bearthing or on other words yelling) in my testing for martial arts ( kuk sool won) on Saturday 19th of June.
How do i get rid of it fast?
