Of course. The primary side affect is they lighten your wallet and give you nothing in return.

My brother badly want this power balance thing. In my own opinion, it is just a mind over matter philosophy. As you wear it, you are already perceiving that you're in a sense of having such balance as what the product would like you to have as a perception. But really, I don't think it helps you unless in one thing, letting your money fly. Hahahahaha :D

It's just placebo and they could never back up their marketing bull with any scientific proof so it is not really worth discussing if a stupid holo-wrist thingy improves anything. I would actually see it as an insult to my intelligence.

As it happens there is quite a bit of scientific evidence that magnets have an effect on the human body.
That said, I reckon it's more convenience of marketing than scientific evidence that says that a magnet on your wrist will have any effect whatsoever.

So I can just stick my drivers license to my forehead and I will absorb the special powers that lie deep in the holograms?

I to thought this was a load of bull. but at the weekend one of the lads had one at the locakl break, we did some balance test with eyes shut and when the Power band was placed in his hand he didnt fall over when the normal rubber wrist band was placed in his hand he fell over. He did not know which band he had on!

so theres a bit of food for thought!
