Eagle arms are also good, but of course it all works best when following a routine and working the muscles and stretches in order. Those stretches are great for me particularly because I have a desk job, I have been sitting behind a desk and stressing for the last month with my shoulders up by my ears - so it was very good to pull everything back to where it should be. There is also a very good hamstring workout on the site, usually when I do these I just hurt myself as my hamstrings are so tight but the vids guided me through the stretches nicely.
I think the vids are hosted on vimeo so you might be able to view without having to register - not sure why you'd want to but the option might be there.
