well, i suppose first theyd have to be like an occeanic engineer... then you get a bunch of pipes, and rigs and design on by taking sand fromt he bottom of the ocean to the land then placing on the beach where you like. The only reason i know this is cuz i was thinking about being an occeanic engineer.

interesting... what if you used that stuff to create sandbars, and in turn create new breaks in places that would generally not have one? Would that work? and I was asking about how to make a sandboard, not a dune...

Yes, sorry that is what i meant by beach... not the actual beach but the underwater beach. You can make it so you have a perfect long right and left break the tubes but doesnt have too fast a break. Although this takes some studing.

its oceaninc engineering, obviously there are other parts to it then just making new breaks. But i dont know too much about it seeing how im 14. But it might be a career for me. idk

sounds like an interesting carrerr... or if your whole job was designing breaks at otherwise sucky beaches, or in pools and stuff, mabie I should do that...

sounds like you could make alot if you knew what you were doing...

it probly is based on helping the beaches not erode as bad as they normaly would. like here in virginia beach erosion is really bad, they are constantly dredging to keep the beaches here full.
