Anyone here into cigs? I'm not a pack to pack person, but I get around. I don't think it impacts surfing too much.

Dropped the cigs bout 6 years ago.....lung oysters...yummy

Now the only smoke that crosses my lips is gonna change my head 8) .....I got some "jolly stones" at the clinic (I love California), they are hard candies with a kick. I am trying them so I can be smoke free some day.

 I knew somebody in the Air Force that said jollys were great for kicking the habit but too much sugar, so he resorted to toothpicks. I'm thinking of just rolling my own, buying my own tobacco. My wallet would slowly heal.

Tobacco vs cigs is a whole lot cheaper in the uk partic if you travel over to france. Here in the US its not much diff considering down in CALI rizlas cost $1.50 compared to 20 pennies in the UK  Now thats fecked up up. Backi a hella lot cheaper though

bali shag blue pouch is good. cost effective, just obnoxious when you're driving and you want a smoke. i try to not smoke too much, although i never really noticed it affecting my surfing. i get out of breath sometimes, but that's probably more of me being not in shape. i did a 1 mile paddle race in a kayak and won and it didn't bother me at all. a summer cold and congestion has been wreaking havoc on me though
