Are Jaffa cakes, cakes or biscuits?
This question has been an ongoing argument between me and my friends.
Any input to help resolve this matter would be great.
Peace
Darren

According to Wikipedia (
Jaffa Cakes), they're definitely a cake.
Of course, they're a cake, only really really stupid people would suggest that they're biscuits.

Did pringles not dodge a huge VAT bill in court by saying they were biscuits?
