Im all about Carne Asada Burritos. No Pico De Gallo with extra guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. Maybe toss some hash browns in it.

I'm with Soops, but a bar of choclate in your wetsuit for a quick energy boots is cool too

As far as getting sum energy you cant beat dried mango slices

4 cups of tea for u sar if i rember rightly

Pre surf isotonic drinks and bananas ( i sufer from cramps)

Post surf coke and a double decker. Shame they stopped doing Texan Bars cause it would have had the preference.

In the winter nothing beats a post surf hot chocolate mmmmm

Hmm tea sounds good what types do you guys drink? All I know of is green tea and isn't that expensive?

Black pekoke tea. i.e lipton etc.... Milk 2 sugars. Green tea makes you piss like a bugger
