help needed

Hi, I am needing to buy a rash vest for my boyfriend. I ahve completely no idea on what to get and am asking for help! Basically, I want a short sleeve one, the thickest that you can get. He basically has a skin condition and wants it for swimming and it has to be a thick material, rather like a wetsuit. any ideas??
