Gay surf buddies?

Postby Hang11 » Thu May 15, 2008 11:26 pm

Would it bother you?

I think my mate Rob could be gay, he looks at me funny when I get my wettie on, and keeps paddling up behind me when I'm duck diving.

Spending time alone together on out of the way beaches, sharing a tent, stuff like that could become quite difficult. I'm not sure if I should say something to him.

He's not the best looking bloke (bit overweight and hairy), has a few personal hygeine issues, and I'm not into that sort of stuff anyway.

What should I do?

Um what the flesh has that got to do with anything. No man looks good

If it makes you uncomfortable then distance yourself. I have a mate who rather Camp and possibly gay but he dont make me uncomfortable if he did i wouldnt hang around.

I didnt know he fancied me TBH, as a warm blooded married straight bloke I didnt know what signs to look for, last time I let him pick me up and take me to secluded beaches!

Hmm Hang11 seems to spend an awflul long time in front of mirrors.

Admitedly straped into his snowboarding gear but he's possibly kinky like that, he sleeps with it too...

If hes gay, hes gay. As long as he doesn't actually hit on you then no biggy.

The way I look at gay guys is.. I think of them as a girl I'm not attracted to.. if they start hitting on me I tell them sorry but no thanks not my thing.. and if they continue it then I stop hanging out.

But just cause hes gay doesn't mean hes gonna be some "gay hormone monster" thats gonna jump all over you.. haha.

If he makes you uncomfortable tell him.. if you think he might be gay maybe you should ask him? And if he is.. maybe give him a kiss so he doesn't feel so lonely ;) ;)
