Thai Boxing/ MMA

Just been to watch my big bro in his first thai boxing match, he's been training for over a year now and he won!! *Proud little sis*

Never EVER thought i was gonna enjoy it, its really not my thing but i have to admit it was really interesting and a really good atmosphere. Saw a couple of womens matches at all, they werent at all what i was expecting - not butch at all, just knew how to pack a punch!

Anyhoo anyone else into this type of thing? I know Cheezee was well into his kick boxing at one point, anyone else?

My bro, the little 'un on the left, used to body build but had to lose 3 stone for this fight!

Quite a few of my mates do MMA. Means I never win in play fights, but still quite fun! Love Ong Bak and Warrior King too!

Yep av been train thi for the last 10 years in between brooken bones,

Won my first fight knoked him out in the 3 rd round trained even harder for my second fight didnnt drink and dieted down for 8 weeks, then in the first 30 seconds of the first round low kicked my apponet and snapped my tib and fib on his shin! ar ar blar

Didnt feel the pain coz u dont tried to stand on it then fell to the floor and sat on it, looked at my ankle touching my knee, then started fleshin screaming my head off in front of the about 500 people

i dont know libby hobbits could fight quite well, you have large feet for those round house kicks and in the worse case you could allways just bite there kneecaps

i was into BJJ until rotator cuff injuries stopped me training and stopped me surfing so dont really role anymore. always wanted to try MMA but dont think id have the balls. still follow MMA,BJJ and K-1 pretty much all the time

would recommend grappling for core body strength, very good workout. a lot of girls are now grappling aswell
