I can't say I know how you feel, cuz I don't know all 7 things that have happened, but what I can say is things seem to go wrong for me on a regular basis, as you know, and when I feel down about stuff I just tell myself that things could be worse and then I feel grateful for what I have

In terms of that first thing I know it's tough and the world can be a cruel place sometimes, but it will become easier in time.

i don't know if this would be of anyhelp at all, but what i do is really not let things bother me, if something happens to me, and i've had so many things happen to me, i just continue with my life as if nothing had happened, go out, see friends, specially surfing, always with good vibes around, go back home late, just to sleep. i think sometimes when you're alone is when it hits you worse. some people get depressed specailly when they're by themselves. anyway, good to hear that things are going better.

^^ Definitely. I get the same thing.. bad crap happens, I feel like just crashing on my couch and playing video games until I cant feel my hands anymore, but when I make myself get out and hang with people.. it usually makes me MUCH more happy about life.

..That, or I'll take a weekend and drive up to central coast CA to visit my family and old high school friends and catch some cold ass surf.. Usually cheers me up some too.

mate i feel for you, not having a stella time of things right now as well, have fleshin' up my second year at uni and going to have to repeat it, am stuck in a relationship i dont want to be in but finding it hard to walk away becuse her dads just had a stroke so shes upset about that and me ending things now would just be wrong and to top it all fallen out with alot of people becuse they felt the need to interfear with things between me and my ex.

the only thing keeping me sain right now is getting in the water for a surf

here here geting the hart pumping is a clinical cure for depresion / strees. read some were dr are going to start prscibing people to go the gym

exersise makes me feel better any way
