Av Just snapped my skate board :(

Just got in now been my local skate ramp, for the first time pluked the balls up to drop in on a ramp.

After some 12 year old kid showing me what to do and after falling off about 10 times i did it ye ha then went on to the second ramp did a turn and my board snapped in two :(

It was only one of them cheep ones from JBB, how much will i pay for a decent one what wont snap. av got decent wheels from when i was a kid so could proberly just do wi some gud trucks and board,

How much can i expect to pay and any one know any good web sites to order off

Am in the UK by the way

www.bigwoodys.co.uk you can get a blank for around 22 quid or a pro board for 40 upwards.if your a bit older/bigger and like ramp go for 8" plus....i ride a 8.25 and skate ramp and bowl.

oo.sorry i didnt see you needed the lot...talk to woody or dre and they'll sort you out.as for trucks i have and will always have indy's......as for wheels a lot are raving about coretechs.....problly be my next wheel.

:lol: Those cheap ones aren't even worth burning....you can get sh!t hot set up for less than 100 quid.

Ebay's pretty good for skating bits.

I haven't skated in ages myself, i'm keen to get back into skating ramp though.

yeh be carefull not 2 get a deck thats not wide enough as some are ment for kids with size 5 feet not grown men wt size 11 feet

Ok so av snaped me cheepo skate board, am going to get a desent one at the week end,

Av got a piece of good quality marine ply at home 20mm thk, was thinking of shaping a long board pattern out of it and using the trucks from my bust board. any one got any ideas if the deck would be strong enouf etc.

All i want to do is carve the street up with it no jumping or tricks

any suggestions would be aprreciated
