I was wondering if some of you irish fellas could verify a translation for me.
English: Surfboard
Translation
Gaelic: Clár Toinne

Please advise

I would have thought that there isn't a word for 'surf' but might be for 'wave' to the direct translation would be wave board.

actually while we are on the subject of translations does any body know of a decent latin translator.

"Si vas Pacem" is the only latin phrase i know would like to know what the hell it means :lol:

Looks limilar to Si vis pacem, para bellum which means if you want peace, prepare for war. it's the motto of an RAF squadron, but I can't remember which one for the life of me.
