Surfing Waves

I thought we should start a sympathy thread. I notice Jen has Norwalk Virus (whatever the hell that is), Pkbum is having wisdom teeth problems and I had septal and turbinate surgery on Friday and am just starting my week off work and am soooooo bored! This is when I wish I had some unemployed friends.

I'm sitting watching bargain hunt with an oozing nose and every couple of hours sniffing salt water until it goes down my throat....nice!

So anyone else ill?

My shoulders ache today, think i might have over done things in the gym this morning !!!

It has been pretty hot here lately, in the mid 30's. So I keep sweating and having to stay out of the sun.
And I wasn't able to surf all last week.
And I have to wait until tomorrow to hit the waves.
And it is really hard to get a good steak here.
And my 25 year old housekeeper that is fairly good looking has been wearing jeans to work instead of mini-skirts lately.


Seriously, hope everyone is feeling better soon. Especially Kitey, I know how hard it is to get away from work for a vacation.

yep. seems to be semi-permanent really fed up with it and envious of fit, healthy people got out of hospital again on Sunday... i wonder how long i can last this time without needing to go back...? a day, two or three maybe?

I'd like to offer my sympathies to Kitesurfer for having such an unfortunate face.....

It's stinking hot here, stuck at work, only had two days off since New Years day, and I watched the one decent swell of the summer happening from an office window on the 15th floor of a tower block, stuck in a meeting with a bunch of lawyers.

Still, should be going off tonight, and I've got a week off starting tomorrow

And my sympathy to Sir Ed Hilary's family, it's the funeral today. The guy was a legend.

Ben all that sounds aweful mate! U have my sympathy!
But you failed to mention that the local authorities wouldn't let you extend your beach front villa, u have my sympathy for that too.

Norwalk (projectile puking and the shits) seems to have gone, as the problem is now reversed. Had to get me some laxatives today, so instead of the bug going and me being free from the toilet... lol
