It could be a photo of his mouth but i dont think it would be, as he has no teeth at all after selling them all on Ebay to raise cash for his operation to rid himself of his siamese-twin brother called malcolm.

Pat has led us all to believe that he works as an engineer on offshore oil rigs, but it has become evident over the years that he is in fact an experiment gone wrong and has been abandoned on a dissused oil rig for the safety of mankind. In some parts of Scotland, if the wind is blowing in the right direction... a soft sobbing can be heard as his hunchback of notre dam-esque life takes its toll on his emotions ....

sorry, twas my fault stone fox kindly came round my house with some beautiful flowers cuz i'm still quite poorly from post-op probs. i *accidently* got out all my photos of hawaii
