wanted to take a week off in december to head on a surf trip to morocco and the pricks wont give me holidays

do i have any rights like??

not sure about rights but if they don't give it too u take it unpayed and go sick thats what i do

if you're gonna pull a sickie dont ever mention that you wanted it as holiday again! that way they'll forget you wanted it and may believe you more when you call in sick from the airport.
