The word that sprung to my mind was irresponsible. They came pretty damn close to running over a few surfers, not to mention the drop in's they did.
Imagine being out surfing and having that bearing down on you just as your about to take off. There must be nurmerous uncrowded breaks where they could do the same without having to weave in and out of surfers.
Of course it all became clear at the end of the video..... :D

Man, they got close to some surfers there! :shock:

It was still pretty cool though!!!

The bloke at the end was right though, the government really does need to do something about excess packaging in the supermarches.

True. Irresponsible is the word, not to mention illegal (within 50m of swimmers at speed greater than 10kts).

Aside from that, good publicity stunt for hobie though. Certainly shows the strength of their boats!
