Well since we have no surf(well we do today, but its going off now, and i am about 5 hours away ), so I have just been out paddling. I find that I am far more comfortable with it now. I think I am going to get in for a quick open water swim this weekend, maby just a kilometer or so. See how it all goes. Gotta get back in shape for september, that is when we get all of our good waves.

Keef, keep up the stoke dude. Its unfortunate that it takes something like this to shake people into doing things that they want to do, but definatly make her take them surf lessons. I have found since I started surfing I am far more relaxed, makes life alot easier to take.

Operation went well and she's home from hospital now.

In the end surgeons had to remove the whole gall bladder as well as stones which was a bit of a shock, as we had read about some nasty long term side effects that this can have, but after doing some research on the net and chatting to the doctors all looks good.

Hopefully this is the end of a very tiring and stressful couple of weeks.

Thanks for all your support.
