I have nothing but the utmost respect for veterans.

Jump pic, nice. Too bad your jumping bare ass.....full kit jumps are way more fun......When you get the risers twisted, you get to kick your ruck real hard to spin your self right....even worse for us Canadians, we have external frame ruck, so it tears up your shins. I wish I had a bergen sometimes....

That was taken on a test jump day, jumping from below 800 ft. Not very nice, poo stains all round  .

Full kit jumps are a pain, as i was in motors, heavy xxxxx to carry :( .
As for metal frame sacks, you can keep em, great for tabbing with keeps the rubbing down.

erm... no... it makes you wonder why the hell you decided to do this crap when the slipstream hits you ......

one one thousand
two one thousand
three one MOTHER*^& SH*T ARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH

(at this point I start talkin to myself)

"OK Tim, look up and check the parachute is open properly.... good? ok now try turning right... good, now try turning left good, not spot your landing spot.... good, just a few minutes or so.. don't panic (a few minutes of turning in circles, etc pass) ok you're almost atthe ground now, all you have to do is just before, just flare it and land gracefully and run off with your parachute"

I flared my parachute too early, almost snapped my ankle and had to run off with my hurt foot because I landed right in the middle of the runway.

so no, I wasn't excited in a pervy kinda way... unless you're into golden showers!

alright I didn't actually wet myself (I swear) but I thought it would be funny to say that!

Man, my buddy was the last man out in the stick, he got hit with a wind gust. Was blowen like 1km off the DZ, landed in a rocky feild. Put his back into a rock....man, it was tough for him. It took us like 30 minutes to find him, then getting the ambulance to him was another fun task.

So back to the original topic......we look hot in our uniforms.....

Never one to deny the requests of a lady....Here I am about one hour ago. I was in the middle of a 2 hour spin session(riding my bike inside). I just happened to have my phone there, and though what the heck, I will indulge you.

Am I going to be the only one that points out he's in the navy and he's holding onto his shipmate really closely?

Even though I know the girls here are wishing that was true. It means jumping without a ruck sack, and other kit.
