yer i know kingston and twickenam, i work up that way quite alot, i guess i am quite close to gatwick about 30 mins away.

The surf on the south coast is ok if you get it on good day, but its so inconsistant i hardly ever surf it anymore, its not worth the petrol money.
I didnt realise your so close to Croyde/Saunton, it takes me a good 3 or 4 hours to get there, are you down there much?

As soon as I get another car (end of the month hopefully) every weekend.

And Staines is about 10 mins west of Twickenham, I'm right by J13 of the M25.

M25-M4-M5 and you're pretty much there. I lived in Bristol for 2 years before and it used to take me about an hour, maybe 1.5 to get to Croyde from there and it takes me about an hour to get from here to Bristol.

I don't know how well you know Bristol, I lived in Redland (right by Whiteladies) and it was hour, hour and a half door to beach.

I was only there for a year 1998-1999, but I remember the name Whiteladies, isn't that the main road that goes past all the trendy bars and stuff?
I lived out in Pill for 6 months and then moved into the city behind the Hospital (BRI) to Cotham. I just checked the map and Cotham is right next to Redland!
