Rammstein: Mein Herz Brennt (probably not the saddest but that is all I could think of right now.) Or if you are into romantic-type sad music (if you can unerstand the lyrics, or at least some of it.) Then "Wo Bist Du?" or "Feuer und Waßer".

(I don't listen to much else than Rammstein, sometimmes I would listen to other bands but 90% of the time I listen to Rammstein, so to me those are the saddest songs.)

Edit: correction, Mutter is the saddest.

The two saddest songs that come to mind are "This Night"-Black Lab and "Una Palabra"-Carlos Varela. They might be a little tricky to find but they're both on youtube. Una Palabra is in Portuguese but if you youtube "carlos varela - una palabra", it's the black and white video of some girl, the translation is included. Also:
