...i've heard that the lamp-post has'nt been training since your last fight ...so he should have gained a few pounds and be a little slower.. might give ya the edge lol :P

dunno. foot feels a bit odd at the moment but hopefully in a couple of weeks it should be ok.

they gave me a "removable cast" (read moonboot) which naturally i took off as soon as i got home to see if i could walk on it without and its ok.
