I went for a surf for the first time today at a place called Arpoador in Rio, but I didnt get any waves cos I was a bit nervous of the locals...........there was about 60 in the water.

But they were fine.

The waves were head high and a couple of feet more on the sets, but really short rides.

Brasillians are really nice people and being on the beach is like being in a REEF advert.

I´m loving it and cant get this stupid grin off my face :oops:
