Planning a trip down to the South.

Now then,

My friends and I are planning a surf trip down to Devon/Cornwall as a kind of stag do for my forth coming wedding. We were originally going to go over to Ireland, but the houses we were going to rent have now fallen through and the alternative starts getting pricey.

Can anyone recommend a large house that would be big enough to hold around 12 blokes (one per bed - no sharing doubles)

Can anyone recommend any particular area, I went down to Saunton in the summer and had a great time so was thinking of going somewhere around that area.

Surely all stag do's must, by law, be held in Newquay?

A load of stayed in the Lundy House with Ruda holiday park in Croyde - there wouldnt be enough beds in that house for you guys indivdually (8 I think) but there is also a cottage next to it which I guess you could rent if you wanted to go for that area.
