Whats your favourite Jack Johnson song?

Postby Duncs » Tue Mar 30, 2004 9:18 am

As we all know Jack Johnson is the daddy of surfing chill-out music. I reckon that everyone should of heard of him, so if you haven't go to kazaa and [don't] download his songs. (well its still technically illegal right....)

Anyway, im rambling off the point. Whats your favourite song of his?!

My vote goes to "Middle Man"

That's a tough one.....I can only narrow it down to "Flake", "Rodeo Clowns" & "Posters". They'd have to be the ones that are up there for me. :P

I'd have to say Taylor or inaudible melodies. Has anyone heard the Jack Johnson "September Sessions" Soundtrack? I've heard its pretty good???

September session is ace! The music's brilliant, and the surfing's pretty damn lush as well. Well worth a look, I'd say.

I have been listening to Jack since he started playing with G. Love, and all of his cd's are amazing, from brushfire to on and on to even september sessions and thicker than water..but I would have to say the best song is fortunate fool!

Id Have to say my favorites are Flake, Bubble Toes, and Taylor. The funny thing is, to years ago I would have never seen myself listening to his music, and now I love it!

have you guys heard the album to 'thicker than water'? it's the most relaxing, surf inspiring music i've ever heard. i got stuck on that cd for about three months straight. it was awesome.

"Taylor". . .it took me forever to perfect playing the intro of this song on the acoustic guitar.

and also "Middle Man" and "Wasting Time".
