Sometimes I wish I do, believe me! I'm quite laid back but the kids know the boundaries, and what'll happen if they cross them. I've perfected the evil glare when I'm cross and they go silent in a millisecond! It's great! Sometimes I have to stop myself from laughing when I see their worried faces! (They think I might call their parents and tell them about their bad behaviour) I think they respect the fact that I hardly ever shout (well, what's the point?). I like to get them to do something useful as a punishment - like staple 200 projects together or cut out cards and put them in envelopes (well, useful for me). When I'm particularly annoyed I get the younger ones to write an essay like "What makes me special" or "Where I see myself in ten years time". They hate having to think. I once made a kid write their own poem entitled "love" (they were discussing it in the lessson). She looked at me like I must be joking, but then did it, and it was actually REALLY good!
I've got another meeting to go to now

it's all work, work, work.
