Ive got a Mac but im not 100% on the hacker side of things. I know that if its a virus, it has to come through as a .dmg file, which isnt very common (most are .exe files for PC's).

most viruses wont/cant touch a Mac but if this is a real hacker not just an info' gathering bot' then it could be very harmfull in the longterm but im hoping its just spyware related, in which case it shouldnt do much if anything to a Mac :D

but best to check your system just to be sure

I deleted the link now, it's all cool.

If you think you have a virus, install Ad-Aware, McAfee, or norton.

Good advice, get ad-aware, but for virus checking get AVG free edition, its free! I had McAffee for a year and got 2 viruses which mcafee didnt detect, and norton is renowned for being a hassle.
