Nominate The Beach Boys for The Medal of Freedom

A nationwide worldwide campaign is underway to nominate The Beach Boys for The Medal of Freedom. This nomination is made possible by a petition that anyone can endorse. Please see link below.

This is a true grassroots effort supported by lifelong fans who felt that the band’s contributions over the last 55 years merit the awarding of The Medal of Freedom.

Past recipients of The Medal of Freedom within the genre of popular music include: Frank Sinatra, B.B. King, Aretha Franklin and Bruce Springsteen.

The process for nominating The Beach Boys for The Medal of Freedom spans a 30 day period, 19 August through 18 September 2017, during which time 100,000 people must endorse the petition for qualification.

Hell NO ! Not until they can properly pronounce the Hawaiian word " Waimea" as in Waimea Bay.

By the way, the only member of the Beach Boys that actually was a surfer was Dennis Wilson. So in other words, they're a bunch of "Posers".
