Surfing Monopoly?

Apologies for sneaking in to post here, but I hope you guys can help! I'm not a huge surfing fan (just for lack of opportunity, though I did just move to California, so maybe that will change!) However, I'm a big fan of Monopoly, and I just found this game[/url]. I'd love to play it, but I'm not sure if there are any tweaks to the rules to reflect the theme, or if it's just the typical relabeled properties.

Has anyone played it to be able to let me know? Thanks in advance!
