Song Writing Contest

This is just a bit of a whacky idea, BUt...

this is a question asking the admins, if we can have a contest where you write a song and the best song (voted by a panel of judges, most likely the mods and admins, and maybe some other people who might be musical or whatever.) WINS

yes, the best song wins... i dunno what... but it might be a bit of fun to see what people like in music.

Probably a jack johnson sort of music, ben harper, donavon frankenreiter, all that slow surfie music thats good.

You could say like... okay, here are the words, it goes to the tuen of Flake by Jack Johnson or whatever.. or have your own tune and I dunno.. write the chords or something so we can al havea muck around with it.

What do you say?

Then, when we have finalists and stuff, we have the entries on a poll, and we see who gets the most votes and YEAH!
