I'm 24 this year, been trying to get into uni for 3 years running now on a physiotherapy course but no luck yet (they're a mission to get on to). I've got an interview in 2 weeks which is my last hope for starting in Sept.
I've decided if I don't get into Uni I will go travelling/visiting friends & fam in September for bout 7 months. Going to SA (loads of fam & friends so won't cost much), Oz (see my bro I haven't seen for bout 7 years and 2 nephews I've never met & also travel down east coast to Sydney stopping along the way), NZ & Fiji where I know no-one but will defo have a ball I'm sure. All amazing surf locations too which is part of the plan...

Now, the whole travel plan is REALLY appealing to me and know if I don't do it now I won't afford it after uni for quite a while & will also be needing to settle into a job before I lose all my knowledge & forget everything I've learnt etc. Uni will always be there when I get back and I could do with a break. On other hand, I've had a gruelling 3 years trying to get onto this course and haven't quite managed it yet so would be a shame to give up a place to go travelling if I get an offer from this interview.

What you guys reckon? Go travelling anyway and try for uni when I get back or take up an offer if I get one from this interview? Either way, I'll be going to the interview to check the place out cos if I don't get an offer then it's travel all the way!!!

Any advice is welcomed...
