Yep, I have to agree, yorkshire tea makes a great brew, I'm drinking it now. But for me, it's got to be Glengetti. It's hard to get it outside of Wales, but you can't beat it in the morning.

Drinking four or more cups of tea every day could be more beneficial than drinking water. They say that tea not only rehydrates you as well as water does, but it can also offer protection against heart disease and cancer. It is commonly thought that drinking tea leads to loss of fluid and may lead to dehydration. But according to researchers, the water in the tea can actually help replenish fluids in the body. Some of the best teas can be found at trentonteas.com Cheers!

In the Uk we call strong tea "builders tea" that's the way proper blokes like their tea...apparently!

However I dont take sugar........i'm sweet enough!

lol

In Australia we boil it in a billy, a tin , no lid, with a handle on an open fire. Bring to boil furiously add a good measure of tea black and dry soak momentarily then swing billy three times around and over your head, drives the tea leaves to the bottom.
Pour into your enamel camp mug and drink.... if you are not strong enough to drink it black, squeeze an appropriate amount of sweetened condensed milk into your cup and stir. Usually this is the camping option in the outback surf spots as there is no refrigeration and off milk is not an option.
For a little extra favour add one gum leaf. Instead of scones try damper and cockies joy ( golden syrup). :woot:

There are lots of reasons why I enjoy a hot cup of tea: I love the aroma of various flavours of tea holding onto a hot tea mug warms my hands on a cold winter morning; sipping tea in front of the fireplace is a great way to relax. And those are just the feel-good reasons.Tea protects your bones.Tea protects against cancer.Tea is calorie-free.I always like to sugar free tea.
