Last night I was so blown it wasnt even funny for sometime i actually felt the chemicals air from the a.c going through my cells. Hahah! that hash is somthing eles, i tell you.

A topic after mine own heart!

I roll my own cigarettes and yes Rizla is only 20 odd pence here but tobacco is still fairly expensive. I buy a 50 gram pouch every week and that lasts me and my girlfriend a whole week which costs £10 for the week rather than £70 to buy the pre-rolled/chemical ridden/horrible tasting alternative.

Personally, I never felt it made a difference to my surfing as I've always been fairly fit especially when it comes to endurance.

I gave up smoking about 8 years ago when i started doing boxing seriously.

When i go on holiday i usually start smoking again for the 1 or 2 weeks that i'm away. It's like my wee treat to myself.
