yo mateys- im 16 y/o, GIRL, thanks, & from southern california!!!! moved here 3(+?) years ago and i am never ever moving again (unless it's to australia or hawaii or ......u get the point)

Nah jus learnin wit uni goin surfin on sunday hopefully wit the uni should be good. Hopefully gettin board v soon, but am exceedingly skint student at the mo :( . Take it u surf east anglia, u live here or at uni here?

Learning with UEA - cool 8) . Didn't know they did that.
Where abouts are you all off to on sunday? Looks like there will be a half decent wave on north coast, Cromer-ish area. I'm working all w/e tho, and I'm 'between boards' anyway :( .
I live in Gorleston (aka G-stone!) btw.
Maybe worth checking this site http://www.eastcoastsurf.co.uk/ for local info.

cheers broosta, yeh UEA surf club only £10 2 join then u get taught by the most experienced members, they have beginners boards and wetsuits etc its very cool. I love UEA!!!! Not sure where we will goin i think its usually cromer area, not sure tho cos they havent emailed me yet but will let u know wen i i know!

Hey, im che, 17, from NEW ZEALAND!!!! Kapiti Coast, Wellington. I dont even know how many people there are on this site from NZ, but im one of em, and we have some good surf up north.. ive been to england, and i have to say.. even good spots are sometimes crap. Bali is awesome thats where i learnt. when you say who you are and where your from- let me know what your surfs like :)

was from Manchester till 5 months ago now live in penzance cornwall a hell of a lot closer to the surf than manchester i do feel sorry for all you landlocked people and im not gona mention how i live so close too the beaches and can go for a surf when i please (almost) coz that would just be rubbing it in :wink:

I posted here earlyer, I think. I am from warrington, northwest england miles from any good waves........

BUT

due to change in jobs etc etc. I'm moving to north devon - braunton/knowle to be exact. so I'll be 10-20 mins from the beach. should be there sometime early next year.
