anyone on this site play? im on the 360 and my name is drpickman. add me and we can make a party. theres usually a lot of europeans on when i am, since theres like a 12 hour difference to hawaii and i play late at night till like 2-3 in the morning

Got it(on the 360) just - dont have a gold account though (was supposed to be a fre months code in the box??)

Had to import a UK version as the NZ one was censored!!!

I've not connected to the internet yet. I was shocked to discover that my 360 can't connect wirelessly to my router without buying extra crap. Whats that all about? My Wii has it all built in.

I'll have to buy my self a long cable on ebay.

Its about maximising profit. Or Price gouging on addons. Sadly inetrnal wireless would have cost them close to nothing. well at least the external one gets better reception than the PS3.

i bought the wireless adapter and a harddrive and still had trouble connecting, failed ip address yada yada yada

eventually bought a cable in a shop for a few quid compared tothe 160 quid i blew trying to get the wireless adapter to work. capatalism at its finest

heard also the online gaming on the ps3 is free? true?

PS3 onine gaming is free but a total balls up.

If you'd bought the pro 360 you get a HDD and 5m net cable in the box.

I've a USB extension lead on my wireless dongle to get better reception, streams HD ok.

Is the Pro the same as the Elite? So even that doesn't have wireless built in? What good is 5m? Thats not going to stretch anywhere!

Also the USB in the back isn't flush with the case so I can't get one of those wireless adapters that came free with my router in it, (probably wouldn't be compatible anyway).

Still, I am enjoying GTAIV

Have it on PS3.. but have yet to venture into the online arena.

Just been working on the normal story mode.

Pro isnt the same as the elite.

Pro doesnt have wirelessbuilt in (I had to buy it) - no other 3rd party USB dongle will work (unless its a WAP, standad wireless USB dongles dont work).

5m is great if your router is < 5m away!! I used to use it untill I moved the router, and I use the cable now on my main PC.
