Underrated Actors/Actresses

I think Gretchen Mol has been underrated for a lot of her performances. She's such a good looking girl too. She was great in The 13th floor but there are two other films she's in that I'm waiting to see. I posted an interview of her about The 13th floor and two trailers of new/recent films she's done.

Anyone know of any other films she's been in? IMDB hasn't been dead on lately. Any other underrated actors/actresses?
