I’ll try making my list in Word and then pasting. I got a scar on my left knee from falling on a manhole cover that was halfway down a hill I was snurfing (where the surgeon took the loose bone out); I got a crease across my forehead above the hairline in prison when a gangbox lid kicked loose and chopped down on me (I was welding bars); I shot a hole in the bottom of my big toe with a bb gun when I tried to stick a bb into my boot with one too many pumps; I got half the skin ripped off my right knee when my bike chain snapped and the weight of my bike and my surfboard rack landed on the back of my knee; my second smallest finger on my left hand is a quarter inch short because I broke a bone in my hand when a hammer drill I was using six inches up a wall jammed on some rebar and made me do a flip; a knuckle on that same finger is all messed up because it cracked when I opened my hands after they froze solid to my bicycle handlebars after I went surfing in a blizzard; my thumb on that hand is all messed up both because a firecracker I was about to throw seemed to go out then exploded and also because a wart then grew on the scar; I got two big perfectly round scars on my belly that I like to tell people are from getting shot in da hood that are actually grease burns from flipping a pancake; I have a bent collarbone from when an over the rock take off went sour and I dove off into six inches of water (I’m told I looked like a dart stuck in the sand only with my feet wiggling); I have bones floating around my elbow from a skateboarding wipe; I have a scar all the way across the back of my left trigger finger from when a brand new super sharp knife slipped; I have a big dent in the back of my right hand from when a wrench slipped and my hand smacked into the corner of my license plate; I have a lump on the top of my right foot from when I held onto a rope swing a little too long and swung back into the shallows and broke my foot but never got it set: I have a bump over my right ear where I got hit with a rock; I have a spot on my left shoulder that turns purple when it’s going to rain that’s from falling out of a tree; I have two small shrapnel scars on my upper eyelids from when a model airplane full of gasoline, glue and firecrackers exploded after I thought it went out; I bit a chunk out of my lip when I passed out and fell flat on my face on a hot day waiting in line for ice cream after doing one too many bong hits (lost a tooth on that one); and I have a big giant lump on my nose from breaking it thirteen times, the first time I was playing hockey goalie without a mask, then I got elbowed twice going for rebounds in the same basketball game (going back out after the first time just wasn’t real bright); then somebody rammed the handle end of a hockey stick into my nose while checking me into a wall playing floor hockey in gym class, I bounced my nose off my surfboard two or three times, somebody’s fist broke it outside a bar, once, I face planted the seafloor surfing on a twenty foot day, and the rest I just can’t remember any more. Wait, just remembered one more, I was playing second base and a line drive grounder hit a chunk of gravel right in front of me, jumped up and cracked my nose good (I still threw the guy out though). Seems like the ones that hit me the hardest are the hardest to remember.
Well that’s the ones that didn’t heal anyway(that I can remember).
