depends on ability, there are some secret spots, although the two main breaks are Rest Bay and Coney Beach. Rest Bay picks up more swell than Coney, but often enough when swell comes in Rest is blown out. It can have strong cross shore rips on windy days, but can be a good break with the right conditions. (can be surfed at all states of tide, but mid-high usually has best surf, although low tide can have the occasional hollow in the right conditions)
Coney is a sheltered spot, picks up less swell, but can also handle wind, which makes it ok, although its nicknames are, Conehouse and Close out Coney, because it's not the best break and more often than not is always closing out, although there are some nice rides to be had. (mid-high tide surfable, low tide had poor surf due to bad sandbars) GETS VERY CROWDED WHEN REST BAY ISN'T ON!
The Esp is a reef, breaks close in (works at high tide only otherwise it's to shallow or there's no waves) more suited to better surfers due to it's reef and close in wave. Can get hollow and good.
